How to start with Trezor Suite

1
Download & install
Visit trezor.io/start, download the official Trezor Suite for your platform, and install it.
2
Connect device

If prompted, update the device firmware. Trezor Suite verifies firmware authenticity before installation.
4
Create PIN & recovery seed
Set a PIN on the device and write down your recovery seed words on paper — keep them offline and safe.
5
Manage funds
Add accounts, receive cryptocurrency to the addresses shown on your device, and use Suite to send and track transactions.
6
Advanced tools
Use account management, coin-explore, hidden wallet (passphrase), and export transaction history as needed.

Security essentials

  • Only use official downloads. Always get Trezor Suite from trezor.io/start.
  • Keep your seed offline. Write the recovery seed on paper — do not store it in cloud storage or take photos of it.
  • Verify device screen. Always confirm addresses and prompts on your Trezor device's screen before approving transactions.
  • Firmware authenticity. Let Suite guide firmware updates; it verifies cryptographic signatures first.
